CLEARWATER, FL - Suzanne Janet Starnes, 66, of Clearwater FL, passed away March 13, 2015 at her residence. Susie was born on February 26, 1949 in Portsmouth, RI, daughter to the late Blake Boyd and Gertrude Nehrkorne Starnes of Gastonia, NC.

Susie graduated from Frank L. Ashley High School class of 1967. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1971. She was predeceased in death by her sister, Jeanne Starnes Williams in 2008.
