She was predeceased by: her parents, Abel Friday and Tula Mae Friday; and her daughter Julie Friday Floyd. She is survived by: her husband Perry Mason; her children, Troy Friday (Angela) of Gastonia, NC., Marsha Friday Oates (Curtis) of Gastonia, NC., Charisma Friday of Gastonia, NC. and Monica Friday Fairfax (Keith) of Gastonia, NC.; her stepchildren, Curtis Mason of Philadelphia, PA, Anthony Mason of Denton, TX and Alesia Moore of Baltimore, MD.; her mother-in-law Rose McCrorey; and her grandchild Tulisha "Tootie" Friday. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
