GASTONIA - Blair Steven Dellinger, 53, passed away November 8, 2003 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. He was born on November 12, 1949, son of the late Blair Franklin and Mary Ellen Mize Dellinger. 

Steve was a former member of the East Baptist Church and was currently of the Episcopalian faith, serving both as a minister of music. He graduated from Frank L. Ashley High School of 1967. He was also graduated from Mars Hill College where he was a missionary with the Baptist Home Mission Board. He was a production manager of Opera Carolina.

He is survived by his sister, Lana Dellinger of Gastonia, NC.
