Alice Taylor Arkin 

GASTONIA - Alice Taylor Arkin, 75, of  Gastonia passed away December 1, 2024, at Peak Resources. She was born September 22, 1949, in Gaston County, a daughter of the late James Lafayette Taylor and Marian Ragan Taylor.  

Alice graduated from Ashley High School in 1967. She attended Bauder Fashion College in Atlanta, GA.

Survivors of Alice include her cousins, Nancy Taylor Lynch, David Taylor, and Martha Beal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Arkin and her brother, James Lafayette Taylor, Jr.         

A graveside service will be held at Gaston Memorial Park at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 5, 2024, with Judge Jesse Caldwell, III officiating.
