CHARLOTTE - Charles McNeil, 44, passed away June 15, 1992 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He was born October 24, 1947 in Raeford, NC, son of the late Bruce and Louvenia Parker McNeil of Gastonia. 

Bruce was a graduate of Frank L. Ashley High School class of 1967. He attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.
